O.C. Jones has been a complete residential and commercial site development contractor for over 85 years. As a result of our wide range of skills, equipment and resources, we are able to provide general contractor services to give our clients the option of having a single source for turnkey site construction. We are "heavy – engineering" oriented with capabilities in large and small site preparation.

Our resume includes work on commercial and industrial sites, health care and government facilities, residential (single and multi-family) sites, university campuses, and retail plazas. By combining our "can do" attitude with an ability to manage projects and the regulatory process, we achieve project completion within our clients’ budget and schedule.
